The EASY A-Team · Self-serve for coaches & practitioners
A full marketing team you install in Claude or ChatGPT: eighteen specialists across six departments, plus agents that handle repetitive work. All of it trained on your real words, so the drafts sound like you and showing up consistently stops eating your evenings.
Works in Claude or ChatGPT · Lifetime access · Grows every season
You've set up the AI assistants. Saved the prompts. Watched the tutorials. And the setup still feels patchy: a project here, a prompt there, and a quiet sense you should be doing more with it.
So you're still the bottleneck. Still writing every email, editing every caption, rebuilding every launch from a blank page.
You're not behind because you're not doing enough. You're doing too much of what a system should be holding.
The turning point
AI didn't make your voice generic. Generic AI did.
A blank chatbot doesn't know who you are, so it reaches for the average of everything ever written. This system starts from the opposite place: your beliefs, your stories, the way you actually speak.
The point was never to hand your voice and judgment to a machine. You stay the mind and the meaning. It carries the weight of the doing.
Not the standard AI playbook
Ask a blank tool for a launch email and you get countdown timers, fake scarcity and pressure tactics. Every specialist here is trained to refuse that playbook.
No countdown pressure or "act now." The right person leans in on their own timing.
It names what's already true for the reader instead of agitating pain to force a sale.
No invented statistics, phantom "spots left," or deadlines that quietly reset.
No template packs or recycled viral formulas. Every line starts from your own language.
Persuasion without manipulation. That's the whole point.
Not a prompt pack
A prompt is a favor you ask once. A system is infrastructure that holds.
Eighteen specialists across six departments, each with real method and standards built in. Not one-line prompts you paste and hope.
A guided build of the files that teach every specialist your voice, stories and offers. It's what makes drafts sound like you, and it's included.
Give an agent a goal and it runs the steps, then comes back for your approval on anything that touches a client or carries your voice.

The agents
A specialist is someone you hand a task to. An agent takes a goal, runs the steps and comes back when it's done or needs your call. Four at launch, more every season.
Drop in a call transcript and it writes a warm client recap, logs wins and insights, and tags moments worth sharing as content.
You approve before anything is sent or shared.
Hand it one piece, like a podcast or long post, and it returns the caption, the reel script and the LinkedIn version, in your voice.
You pick what's worth publishing.
Before a call, it reads that client's last transcript and hands you a one-page "here's where you left off."
You walk in present; it did the remembering.
Drafts pull-quotes and mini case studies from your wins log, flagging which need the client's permission first.
Nothing gets used without a yes.
Straight talk: agents run when you start them, not unattended while you sleep. Keeping you in the loop on anything client-facing or in your voice isn't a limitation. It's the design.
The engine
Give a specialist a blank slate and you get competent, generic drafts. Give it your beliefs, your stories and the phrases only you use, and the drafts stop sounding like AI.
The Living Brand Book is the guided build of those files. It's the spine of the system, so it's included, not sold back to you.
If you can send a message in Claude or ChatGPT, you can run this.
Build your Living Brand Book with the guided process. This is what makes the whole team sound like you.
Add the specialists to Claude or ChatGPT with step-by-step guidance. Each becomes a team member you call on by name.
Ask, get drafts in your language, refine. You move from doing every task to directing the work.

Get access →For context: a single sales page from a copywriter often runs $500–$2,000, and a fractional marketer $1,000–$3,000 a month. This is the system, installed once, in your voice, that you own. Because you get immediate access to everything, all sales are final. If you hit a wall, reach out and we'll sort it.
Who built this
Henri Emile brings together two worlds rarely held together: 20 years of brand and marketing leadership, and years of coaching practitioners on capacity and presence. This system runs on the same method he coaches by: capacity over more knowledge, invitation over urgency, real expression over performance.
I also set up systems hands-on, from booking and onboarding to custom AI tools.
